Our Chef was born and raised in Mexico and is intimately familiar with all of the ingredients and cooking techniques of traditional and contemporary Mexican cuisine. Guaymas dishes are prepared to taste and make you feel like abuelita is in the kitchen tossing in the chilies, rolling out the tortillas and serving up fresh fish.
