Guaymas is housed in a modern Mexican adobe, with exposed beam ceilings fluttering with colorful paper cutouts, crackling adobe fireplaces and a bustling exhibition kitchen. Depending upon the size of your party, you may reserve our semi-private platform dining room, the upper "Arriba" outdoor deck, or our private rooftop dining room, all of which enjoy spectacular views.

Raised above the main dining room, the semi-private platform dining room can accommodate up to 62 seated or 85+ for cocktails. The space is light, airy and inviting, with whimsical artwork, colorful stucco walls, an adobe fireplace, and a view of the bustling exhibition kitchen where chefs tend the wood fire under the rotisserie and turn out fresh corn tortillas by the dozens. Guests have a choice of leaving the room open or unfurling large canvas partitions to create a more private atmosphere.

The private rooftop dining room is the ideal setting for intimate private parties and meetings with an adobe fireplace, private cantina (bar), floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping views of San Francisco, Angel Island, Alcatraz and the San Francisco Bay. The private dining room seats 25 people or up to 35 for cocktails. Guests can also open the sliding bay view glass doors onto the expansive Upper Arriba Deck, creating a perfect area for large festive events such as wedding receptions.

The Arriba Deck offers outdoor dining at its best. With spectacular views, full bar service and heat lamps for the occasional cool evening, the deck is an outstanding location for larger gatherings. The Upper Arriba Deck can accommodate 150 seated or 200+ for cocktails. As mentioned above, it can also be used in conjunction with the private rooftop dining room.

Amplified music is acceptable on the Arriba Deck. For evening events, amplified music must be turned down to background level by 10:00 PM, due to local town ordinance.
